Job Description
Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their Pediatrics team at SRS Rancho Bernardo. The ideal candidate will have experience working with pediatric patients and be able to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Assist patients, staff, and physicians as needed to maintain a high level of efficiency and customer service. Provide direct patient care, including preparing patients for examinations, tests, or treatments, and explaining procedures. Monitor patient flow, physician schedules, and complete daily tasks to ensure quality and meet service standards. Participate in clinical projects, provide staff training, and serve as a preceptor for new staff. Requirements: Successful completion of an LVN/LPN program. California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license. AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional certification. Preferred Qualifications: 1 year of LVN experience in a related clinical area. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification. Ambulatory care experience. What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay rate ($29.41 - $44.11 per hour). Eligibility for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
