Join Chartwells School Dining Services K12 as a Senior Sales Director. This position will focus on developing trusted relationships within the nation’s largest school districts. Chartwells K12's goal is to make sure students leave the cafeteria happier and healthier than they came in, by serving food kids love to eat and creating custom dining programs. Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Sales Director to continue our tremendous growth trajectory. This professional top-performer will be an organized self-starter who is able to work independently, build relationships internally and externally to produce results. Responsibilities: Cultivates and develops new business opportunities via cold calling and prospecting Develops multi-level client contacts and relationships in the K-12 schools markets Leads the sales process including survey organization and execution, presentations, proposal development and delivery, and closing and contract negotiations Is accountable for market new business growth Qualifications: Minimally three to five years of previous sales experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent presentation skills High energy, positive attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities Strong time and territory management skills Computer literate/proficient including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat, CoPilot, Chat GPT and CRM Possess a high degree of personal accountability, discipline, resilience and integrity Ability to travel up to 75% of the time Sales experience in the K-12 Schools market sector preferred Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
