What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Supervise and coordinate sales operations to optimize sales, promotion, and customer service - Establish, communicate, and assign job responsibilities, goals, and performance standards for sales personnel - Plan and manage cement sales in the assigned region to maximize profitability and increase market share - Maintain personal contact with key accounts and engage in customer entertainment activities - Collaborate with management on pricing strategy and prepare sales agreements
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 4-year degree in management, sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field - Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales and/or marketing experience in the cement, ready mix, or related industry - Ability to read, write, and understand warning labels, instructions, and signs - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with attention to detail - Ability to lead and manage others effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in the cement, concrete, or construction industry is preferred - Proven ability to negotiate effectively - Familiarity with all aspects of marketing, sales, promotion, distribution, and customer service
