What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate goals and regional sales quotas
Direct sales forecasting activities and hold the team accountable to performance goals through CRM
Motivate and inspire field sales personnel, providing training and conducting regular field visits
Remove barriers to success and ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures
Monitor and coach the sales team to achieve business targets and build sustainable customer relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10 years of medical sales experience
At least 5 years of successful people management experience
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven track record of hiring and developing top sales talent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking database systems, with experience in CRM automation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience developing successful regional business plans, including budgets
Strong goal-setting and implementation skills with a history of accomplishments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse groups
Demonstrated skills in presentation creation and delivery
