DISCLOSURE – MULTI-ENTITY CONTRACTOR ROLE : This 1099 Independent Contractor role for a Co-Occurring Disorder Counselor includes responsibilities that span across the following two organizations, all operating under shared leadership: FOCUS #1: Lighthouse Behavioral Health Center FOCUS #2: Community Wellness Outpatient Mental Health Center As an independent contractor, you will maintain separate contractual agreements with each organization.
