What You Will Do

Manages and executes the Company’s sales growth strategies for the assigned division and supervises field sales representatives within the division. Develops short- and long-range plans and programs, actively pursuing partnerships with well-aligned customers, deepening relationships with current customers, and maximizing retail partnerships. Directs planning, organization, direction, and coordination of activities for the sales function to maximize sales volume and profitable growth while developing the sales staff. Talent Development and Supervisory Responsibilities: evaluate and develop individual team members, create a positive Division environment, direct the work of Sales Reps, coach and motivate the team, model persuasive selling skills, and make personnel decisions with HR input. Retail Partnership: develop and maintain strong partnerships with retail customers across the Division, identify opportunities, influence retailers, and align retailer insights with company strategies. Retail Execution & Selling: lead development of selling plans that resonate with retailers, demonstrate product/industry knowledge, and drive sales opportunities with Region resources. Direct quarterly and monthly deployment of key sales initiatives and achieve retail execution objectives and KPIs. Retail Coverage: maximize store-by-store time allocation to meet productivity objectives and maintain alignment with retail cycle plans. Retail Store Development: ensure placement and service of merchandising fixtures/displays and adherence to retail partnership agreements. Retail Communication & Insights: promote ITG Portal usage for reimbursement/tracking, share best practices, solicit customer and competitor insights, and collaborate across Area, Region, and Division. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years related sales experience; experience driving sales performance in a team; experience in B2B account selling; must be 21+; valid driver’s license. Knowledge: intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams. Skills: verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem/situation analysis, time and task management, multitasking, flexibility, delivering on KPIs, building strong customer relationships. Ability: communicate to diverse audiences, maintain effective working relationships, demonstrate critical thinking, work with diverse populations, excellent oral and written communication, prioritize workload, monitor category performance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; 1+ years direct supervision/managerial experience. Work Environment and Physical Demand

Must live within the assignment boundary or be willing to relocate. Moderate physical effort; occasionally lift/move light objects (10-50 lbs). Ability to bend, crouch, stretch, climb, or reach in retail environments. Walk, sit, or stand for extended periods; travel required based on assignment needs; occasional exposure to noise, dust, or weather. Operates in a retail/wholesale environment; prolonged machine operation including vehicle, computer, and keyboard equipment. What We Offer
