We are seeking a
Project Manager
to oversee both
restaurant operations projects
and
construction/renovation initiatives . This hybrid role requires a unique balance of operational process management and hands-on construction administration. The successful candidate will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, comply with codes and regulations, and align with the organization’s operational goals. Key Responsibilities Construction & Project Oversight Manage end-to-end restaurant construction and renovation projects, including new builds, remodels, and expansions. Oversee compliance with all construction codes, health/safety regulations, and permitting requirements. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and budget adherence. Conduct site visits, review progress, and resolve field-level challenges proactively. Manage procurement of construction-related materials and negotiate with suppliers. Operations & Process Management Standardize operational processes across the restaurant group to drive efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (culinary, finance, HR, supply chain) to integrate operational requirements into construction planning. Design and optimize workflows for openings, renovations, and daily operations. Support facilities management and preventive maintenance programs. Provide data-driven analysis to improve cost control, scheduling, and vendor performance. Act as the central point of contact for both operations and construction stakeholders. Lead project teams, ensuring strong communication and accountability. Develop reporting dashboards to update leadership on project milestones, budgets, and risks. Foster a culture of compliance, safety, and operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in
Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Business/Operations Management . 5+ years of experience in
multi-unit restaurant operations
and/or
construction administration . Strong knowledge of
construction codes, permitting, and compliance requirements . Proven track record in
project management , including scheduling, budgeting, and vendor coordination. Analytical mindset with ability to optimize processes and implement scalable systems. Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to bridge field operations and corporate strategy.
