The Leasing Consultant is responsible for all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations for the property. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Property Leasing and Administration Regular/daily onsite attendance is required Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease Close sales by making appointments, generating new leads, conducting tours, maintaining model units, and performing follow-up Complete all leasing paperwork needed before move-in Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turn processes Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to prospect leads within 24 hours Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve leasing goals Perform various administrative tasks as needed Address resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs (e.g., events, promotions, newsletter) Contribute to upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model Marketing & Outreach: assist in implementing annual marketing plan outreach and conduct market surveys/analysis to generate ideas Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property, competition, and market conditions; complete weekly market survey reports Customer & Resident Relations: provide excellent service and monitor service request turnaround Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters Enforce community policies as directed by the supervisor Education/Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements
Regularly move about to accomplish tasks and move between worksites; communicate with others and perform repetitive motions Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, and ramps; remain in positions for extended periods May be required to work in various environments, including tight spaces and outdoors; handle objects up to 25 lbs; operate machinery, vehicles, or power tools as needed Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $19 per hour to $21 per hour. The compensation offer is based on factors including skills, background, and certifications. The total rewards package includes benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance), 401K with employer matching, and potential bonuses.
