Our client, a large Healthcare System throughout the Midwest, has multiple openings to support a project to upgrade their technology. This will involve replacing old PCs and upgrading to new devices in Windows 11. We are looking for IT Technicians that can work 1st shift on-site. Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve software and hardware incidents, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and across a range of software applications Swap out laptops/desktops and deploy Windows 10 and Windows 11 Re-image Windows 11 onto machines from Windows 10 Assist all users with IT-related incidents when called upon Take ownership of issues by conducting problem analysis to implement temporary or permanent fixes with the aim of restoring service as soon as possible; escalate incidents to other support teams where necessary Accurately record, update and document requests using the IT service desk system Install and configure new IT equipment Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware Resolve incidents with printers, copiers, and scanners Maintain a first-class level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated efficiently and professionally Qualifications
CompTIA Certifications are desirable for this role Application Instructions

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr. This is a fully onsite position in St. Joseph, MI and Benton Harbor, MI. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
