This role accelerates AI solutions across clinical trial strategy, planning and execution, partnering with Sales, Implementation and Product to deliver AI-enabled value across the clinical lifecycle. The Role:

You will apply subject matter expertise in life sciences and practical AI applications to help clients meet their business goals using Citeline’s AI-enabled solutions, including Real World Data (RWD), protocol, feasibility and recruitment support. Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise on client calls to demonstrate the value of Clinical Solutions combining platform, AI analytics, services and Real World Data (RWD) offerings across the clinical lifecycle including trial planning, feasibility, patient engagement and recruitment. Bring technical and business credibility to AI conversations with clients, translating complex AI concepts into clear, value-driven narratives aligned to clinical trial objectives. Identify and qualify AI use cases across clinical trial planning, feasibility, and recruitment; collaborate with Product to validate and formalize them into the roadmap. Provide AI solutioning support on strategic customer engagements to develop custom instances and bespoke solutions leveraging Citeline data assets, AI models, products and services. Act as a subject matter expert in Citeline’s AI solutions, including data powering them, development methodologies, and validation processes. Lead client discovery sessions to uncover unmet needs and propose AI-enabled solutions that accelerate trial timelines and improve patient engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and refine AI solutions ensuring clinical relevance, technical feasibility and measurable impact. Collaborate with Sales teams across all account segments (new logos, existing accounts small biotech through large pharma). Accountable for attributing deals toward the team’s sales targets as set forth by the business. Independently manage solution/technical qualification with compelling proposal slide creation that results in new business. Present analyses of Citeline Connect solutions to customers as part of consultative sales/value analysis. Support pre-sales activities to support Sales including building business cases, executive summaries, presenting use cases and therapy area case studies, collaborating on pricing and negotiations, and conveying project implementation activities and timelines; create and deliver proposals and contracts. Partner with internal stakeholders such as Product Management and Sales to share feedback from client interactions and pursue continuous improvements in Citeline’s AI offering to BioPharma. Coordinate pre-sales scoping and RFI/RFP processes with Implementation teams. Test new clinical offerings with potential clients and share feedback to drive innovation and ensure product-market fit in complex selling situations. Utilize Citeline’s Salesforce CRM to document all pre-sales support activities. Qualifications

5+ years experience in clinical trial relevant business (CRO, trial recruitment, consulting, or biopharmaceutical company). A passion for healthcare, life sciences, data/analytics, AI and technology. Proven experience identifying AI use cases in clinical or life sciences settings and supporting them through to proof-of-concept or pilot. Strong understanding of data science principles (machine learning, natural language processing, predictive analytics) and ability to translate into business value. Hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms or tools in healthcare or clinical trials. Ability to critically assess AI model performance, data quality, and validation approaches for clinical and regulatory robustness. Track record of collaborating with product and engineering teams to shape AI solution development based on client needs and market trends. Knowledge of the global Pharmaceutical industry, particularly Clinical Trial Recruitment. Technical proficiency with demonstrated ability to present solutions to clinical operations and similar clients in Pharmaceutical & Biotech. Experience collaborating with commercial teams and other internal departments; capable of engaging senior stakeholders with credibility. Inquisitive mindset, eager to learn the Pharma industry and AI products to have credible conversations with prospective clients. Ability to articulate complex solutions simply; strong verbal and written communication; experienced with customer-facing presentations. The expected base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $160,000. Offers are based on skills, experience, and other factors; discretionary bonus may apply.
