We are seeking a Solution Consultant who can accelerate AI solutions across clinical trial strategy, planning, and execution. This role focuses on applying AI across clinical trial planning, feasibility, and recruitment to help clients meet business goals using Citeline’s evolving AI-enabled solutions and services. You will work with Sales and Implementation to deliver value to clients through AI-enabled solutions, including Real World Data (RWD) use cases, protocol, feasibility, and recruitment. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales, Implementation, and Product to identify and qualify sponsor needs for AI applications, communicating how Citeline’s AI solutions meet those needs, and understanding customer requirements. The role requires a strong understanding of Citeline’s Clinical AI offerings and support across RWD custom use-cases, protocol, feasibility, and recruitment. Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise on client calls to demonstrate the value of Clinical Solutions combining platform, AI analytics, services, and Real World Data (RWD) to support use cases across the clinical lifecycle including trial planning, feasibility, patient engagement, and recruitment. Translate complex AI concepts into clear, value-driven narratives aligned to clinical trial objectives. Identify and qualify AI use cases across clinical trial planning, feasibility, and recruitment; collaborate with Product to rapidly validate and formalize them into the roadmap. Provide AI solutioning support on strategic customer engagements to develop custom instances and bespoke solutions using Citeline data assets, AI models, products, and services. Act as a subject matter expert in Citeline’s AI solutions, including data powering them, development methodologies, and validation processes. Lead client discovery sessions to uncover unmet needs and propose AI-enabled solutions that accelerate trial timelines and improve patient engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and refine AI solutions, ensuring clinical relevance, technical feasibility, and measurable impact. Collaborate with and support dedicated Sales teams across all account segments (new logos, existing accounts from small biotech to large pharma). Accountable for attributing deals toward the team’s sales targets as set forth by the business. Independently manage solution/technical qualification with a compelling proposal that results in new business. Preview and present analyses of Citeline Connect solutions to customers as part of consultative selling and value analysis. Support pre-sales activities to back Sales, including building business cases, executive summaries, presenting use cases, collaborating on pricing and negotiations, and communicating project timelines and contracts. Partner with internal stakeholders such as Product Management and Sales to share feedback and drive continuous improvement of Citeline’s AI offerings for BioPharma. Coordinate with the implementation team on pre-sales scoping, RFIs, and RFPs. Test new clinical offerings with potential clients and share feedback to drive product-market fit in complex selling situations. Utilize Citeline’s Salesforce CRM to document all pre-sales activities. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in clinical trial-related business (CRO, trial recruitment, consulting, or within a biopharmaceutical company). A passion for healthcare, life sciences, data/analytics, AI and technology. Proven experience identifying AI use cases in clinical or life sciences settings and progressing them to proof-of-concept or pilot stages. Strong understanding of data science principles (machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics) and ability to translate into business value. Hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms or tools in healthcare or clinical trials. Ability to assess AI model performance, data quality, and validation approaches for clinical and regulatory robustness. Track record of collaborating with product and engineering to shape AI solutions based on client needs and market trends. Working knowledge of the global pharmaceutical industry with emphasis on Clinical Trial Recruitment. Technical credibility with a track record of presenting solutions to clinical operations and related clients in pharma/biotech. Experience collaborating with commercial teams and other internal departments. Ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently and credibly. Inquisitive mindset and a commitment to learning about the Pharma industry and AI developments. Ability to articulate complex solutions simply and clearly; strong verbal and written communication; experience with customer-facing presentations.
