The Role: We are looking for a Solution Consultant who can accelerate AI solutions across clinical trial strategy, planning and execution. You will apply AI across clinical trial planning, feasibility, and recruitment, helping clients meet business goals using Citeline’s AI-enabled solutions and services. You will work with Sales, Implementation and Product to identify customer needs and communicate the value of Citeline’s AI solutions, including Real World Data (RWD) use cases, protocol, feasibility, and recruitment. Responsibilities: Provide subject matter expertise on client calls to demonstrate the value of Clinical Solutions combining platform, AI analytics, services and Real World Data (RWD) offerings to support use cases across the clinical lifecycle. Translate complex AI concepts into clear, value-driven narratives aligned to clinical trial objectives. Identify and qualify AI use cases across planning, feasibility, and recruitment; collaborate with Product to validate and formalize them into the roadmap. Provide AI solutioning support on strategic engagements to develop custom instances and bespoke solutions leveraging Citeline data assets, AI models, products and services. Act as a subject matter expert in Citeline’s AI solutions, including data powering them, development methodologies, and validation processes. Lead client discovery sessions to uncover unmet needs and propose AI-enabled solutions that accelerate timelines and improve patient engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot and refine AI solutions with clinical relevance, feasibility, and measurable impact. Collaborate with Sales teams across account segments and contribute to achieving sales targets. Independently manage solution/technical qualification with compelling proposals to drive new business. Present analyses of Citeline Connect solutions to customers as part of consultative sales and value analysis. Support pre-sales activities including building business cases, executive summaries, pricing discussions, and timelines; collaborate on proposals and contracts. Partner with Product Management and Sales to share client feedback and drive improvements in Citeline’s AI offerings for BioPharma. Coordinate with Implementation on pre-sales scoping, RFIs and RFPs; test new offerings with clients and share feedback to drive innovation and product-market fit. Use Citeline’s Salesforce CRM to document pre-sales activities. Qualifications: 5+ years experience in clinical trial relevant roles (CRO, trial recruitment, consulting, or biopharma). Passion for healthcare, life sciences, data/analytics, AI and technology. Proven experience identifying AI use cases in clinical/life sciences settings and moving them to proof-of-concept or pilot. Strong understanding of data science principles (ML, NLP, predictive analytics) and ability to translate into business value. Hands-on experience with AI-powered platforms in healthcare or clinical trials. Ability to assess AI model performance, data quality and validation for clinical/regulatory robustness. Experience collaborating with product and engineering to shape AI development based on client needs and market trends. Knowledge of global pharmaceutical industry, particularly Clinical Trial Recruitment; ability to present solutions to clinical operations and biotech/pharma clients. Experience collaborating with commercial teams and other internal departments; ability to engage senior stakeholders credibly. Curious mindset, eager to learn pharma products and AI development; capable of insightful client conversations. Ability to articulate complex solutions clearly; strong verbal and written communication; customer-facing presentation skills. Customer-oriented, results-driven, and willing to travel as needed.
