has partnered with a well-established manufacturing company in Dayton, NJ to seek a Temporary Staff Accountant to support its finance team for a 3–6 month engagement. This hybrid role requires onsite presence three days a week (Tuesday through Thursday) and offers exposure to both operational and financial accounting functions. Manufacturing Key Responsibilities:

General Accounting Prepare and post journal entries for month-end and quarter-end close. Reconcile general ledger accounts and assist with variance analysis. Support the preparation of financial reports and schedules. Accounts Payable & Receivable Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports. Assist with customer billing and collections. Maintain accurate records of transactions and resolve discrepancies. Financial Support Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Provide support for internal and external audits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data. Systems & Tools Utilize ERP systems for transaction processing and reporting. SAP S/4HANA experience preferred but not required. Maintain Excel-based reports and assist with data analysis. Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Familiarity with GAAP and financial reporting standards. Experience with ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA is a plus. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Schedule & Work Environment:

Hybrid schedule: Onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Monday and Friday. Collaborative team environment with opportunities to contribute to process improvements. Temporary assignment with potential for extension based on business needs.
