Essential Function guidelines describe Store Managers as responsible for hiring, developing and leading all store associates, ensuring optimal customer experiences, overseeing store operations, and maintaining brand standards. Assistant Managers support the Store Manager and are responsible for Primary Duties when the Store Manager is not present. Primary Duties

30% Brand: Provide supervision and guide associates daily goals to deliver an exceptional client experience, maximize sales/KPIs, drive customer loyalty, and ensure brand standards (merchandising, POGs, marketing, back rooms, dress code, etc.). Act as main contact to resolve customer issues; analyze store trends and anticipate customer demands. 30% People: Engage, train and develop teams; recruit internally and externally when needed; identify strengths and opportunities for each associate and coach or counsel accordingly. Maintain positive associate relations, communicate company information, and foster diversity, inclusion and belonging. 30% Operations: Ensure execution of company processes through training, management, analysis and continuous improvement; support digital strategies including Omni-channel fulfillment (SFS/SDD/BOPIS). Store operations: Manage inventory through ordering and shipment processing; schedule payroll hours to meet business needs; ensure proper opening/closing procedures and timely follow-through on directives and projects. 10% Safety/Loss Prevention: Maintain a safe store environment, follow and enforce policies, protect assets, monitor shrink and banking controls, utilize reporting tools, and ensure compliance with HAZMAT training where applicable. Knowledge, Skills/Abilities And Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives Effective communication with team and management Scheduling availability to meet business needs Cosmetology license desirable, but not required Competencies
