Salesforce.com Solution Architects drive enterprise Salesforce.com implementations through all project phases (discovery, definition, build, test, deploy). After the sales team wins a project, you will be the main client contact to manage delivery on time and on budget. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will bridge business problems and innovative technical solutions, translating requirements into effective architectures and guiding technical decisions to align with business outcomes. Your Key Responsibilities
Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish procedures that affect your immediate work area and possibly the broader business function. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Skills And Attributes For Success
Excellent oral and written communication; comfortable leading conversations with audiences at all levels Lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand client business processes Experience in Salesforce CRM and multiple end-to-end implementations Salesforce integration experience and familiarity with middleware tools Deep experience with Salesforce components (APEX, Visualforce, APIs, AppExchange, etc.) Hands-on configuration of Salesforce (Workflow, Approvals, etc.) Ability to design the Salesforce platform and identify gaps between current and future state Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities Collaborate with developers to define specifications for custom code or data migration Manage project timelines and economics to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery Identify risks and develop mitigation plans; support change management Application and Tool Analysis; Cloud Computing Architecture; Cybersecurity and Privacy Architecture Complex Problem-Solving, Critical Thinking; Building and Managing Relationships; Communicating With Impact Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (4-year) Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ and hands-on configuration/customization Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Strong communication skills; able to lead conversations with diverse audiences Familiarity with relational databases Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities Salesforce.com certifications Willingness to travel based on client need Preferred
Degree emphasis in CS/IT/CE/MIS/Math; Master’s degree preferred Certifications and prior consulting experience What We Look For
