Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales targets and performance objectives Maintain accurate records of business opportunities in Salesforce to track sales progress Conduct product demonstrations and presentations during customer site visits Collaborate with product application specialists and customer support representatives to meet customer needs Monitor competitor products and activities to inform internal strategy and positioning Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field Minimum of 5 years of strong technical sales experience, including direct B2B sales and capital equipment sales Proven ability to manage sales activities and forecasts effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Willingness and ability to travel at least 50% of the time Preferred Qualifications
