What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the assigned region to expand the employer's footprint

Develop a territory sales plan utilizing outbound calling, networking, and onsite visits

Lead the full sales cycle from outreach and discovery to proposal development, negotiation, and contract execution

Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to generate leads through campaigns and events

Maintain accurate forecasts, account plans, and activity reports in Salesforce CRM

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience in B2B technology, SAAS, telematics, industrial IoT, or equipment monitoring

Proven success in hunter-style sales roles, consistently exceeding quotas and building new territories

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with executive-level buyers

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Knowledge of Fleet Operations and Supply Chain Optimization

Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout the assigned territory
