As a Data Reporting Specialist, you will be part of the P&IL department supporting the Customer Service and Logistics teams. Temp to Hire What's the Job? Collect, cleanse, and load data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reporting. Create, validate, and maintain Excel models using pivot tables, formulas, and macros. Evaluate, recommend, and develop tools for automation of transactional tasks. Maintain departmental scorecards and KPI tracking reports with prompt, accurate updates. Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of Power BI and Excel reports as needed. What's Needed? Requires a four-year university degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or Computer Science. 2-3 years of data analysis experience using Excel, Power BI, and DAX. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros). Analytical mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for solving business problem
