Under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), your responsibilities will include: Providing age-appropriate care aligned with the residents' physical and psychological needs. Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and help with mobility. Monitoring and recording vital signs and collecting non-invasive body fluid specimens. Documenting interactions and care outcomes, and notifying charge nurses of any changes in residents' conditions. Creating a positive dining experience while assisting with food preparation and serving meals. Participating in wellness and recreational programs to encourage resident engagement. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum age of 16; prior experience preferred. CNA certification required; training is provided if not certified within four months of hire. Must complete yearly competency testing and maintain continuing education credits.
