You will deliver resident-centered nursing care and assist with daily living activities while working under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Your responsibilities will include: Providing personalized care as per individual care plans while attending to the physical and psychological needs of residents. Assisting with daily activities like bathing, feeding, and grooming. Obtaining and recording vital signs. Facilitating residents’ mobility and performing range of motion exercises. Creating a positive dining experience while assisting with meals. Documenting resident interactions and communicating any changes in their condition to the nursing team. Contributing to wellness and recreational programs by encouraging resident participation. Ensuring cleanliness and order in residents' living environments. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory. Minimum age of 16. Previous experience in long-term care preferred. CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing required, or enrollment in a training program to obtain certification. Completion of yearly competency testing and continuing education (minimum of 12 hours annually).
