What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop the long-term vision and strategy for Stripe’s Card updater capabilities
Create a holistic strategy for Stripe’s tokenization solutions to support a multiprocessor approach
Engage with users to understand their needs and identify opportunities for new capabilities
Set priorities and execution roadmap for the team, collaborating with engineering to innovate
Maintain product P&L in collaboration with Finance and identify growth opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of relevant product experience
Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze and improve business operations
Proven analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of executing complex projects
Comfortable in customer-facing roles with experience in navigating customer conversations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge or experience in card-based payments or the payments industry
Familiarity with SQL or a willingness to learn
Experience working with products that involve complex technical systems
Background in external-facing roles such as sales or partnerships
Skills in business negotiation and collaboration
