Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Run registers and support members through the self-checkout experience.
• Greet, assist, and thank members to create a positive club experience.
• Handle scanning items, process payments, and maintain a clean, member-ready area.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, especially in the evenings, on weekends, and during holidays.
• Assist members with purchases, questions, and merchandise location; promote company products and services.
• Provide guidance on member self-service technology and ensure tasks are completed with excellence.

What you will do

• Maintain facility safety per company policies (safety sweeps, forklift spotting procedures, hazardous materials handling, and reporting unsafe situations).
• Provide member service by acknowledging needs, resolving issues, and processing member purchases and payments according to policies.
• Assist with transactions using registers or self-checkout; zone and organize merchandise; support managers and coworkers.
• Adhere to Open Door Policy and apply company ethics and integrity standards in daily work.
• Collaborate with team and adapt to changing priorities; communicate progress and opportunities for improvement.
