Perform business analysis and project management in partnership with stakeholders to document the structure, policies, and operations of a process, application, or problem and recommend solutions or changes. Gather requirements related to the process, application, or problem. Ensure projects stay on track, manage risk and change, and maintain timely, accurate, and strategic communications. Manage agency projects to improve processes, standards, workflows, and quality. Lead projects focused on automating workflows, improving operational efficiency, and streamlining business processes across the organization. Perform testing activities within an Agile Scrum framework, including participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews. Perform quality control and assurance activities in response to business process or system implementations. Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) years of professional experience, including: Experience managing projects related to business operations or systems. Experience analyzing and improving business processes using industry best practices. Experience creating documentation such as best practices or training materials for end users. Education: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, project management, public administration, or computer management information systems may substitute for one year of the required professional experience. Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional certification. Knowledge of quality assurance theory and principles. Experience with Microsoft Power BI. Experience using Agile Scrum. Additional Requirements

Successful candidate must pass past-employer reference checks and criminal history checks. Work Arrangement

The position is located at Central Office in St. Paul and may offer telework, hybrid, or in-office schedules. The incumbent will arrange telework with their supervisor and may be required to work in the office as determined by policy. How to Apply
