We are seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to lead tax preparation efforts and mentor junior staff. This role requires deep expertise in tax compliance and a commitment to fostering team development. Key Responsibilities
Oversee preparation and review of corporate, personal, and partnership tax returns. Utilize QuickBooks for financial reporting and accounting tasks. Ensure compliance with relevant tax legislation and regulations. Train, mentor, and review work of junior accountants to maintain high standards. Manage client relationships and address complex tax-related inquiries. Support strategic tax planning and conduct variance analysis. Requirements and Skills
6+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax preparation, QuickBooks, and accounting. Professional working proficiency in English. Strong understanding of corporate, personal, and partnership tax compliance and planning. Experience in training, mentoring, and reviewing team members’ work. Preferred
Familiarity with CCH ProSystems FX Engagement tax software. CPA certification obtained or in progress. International tax experience is a plus. Hybrid Schedule
One week in-office Monday, Wednesday, Friday; the next week Tuesday, Thursday, the other days are remote. Benefits
