Manage complex tax preparation for corporate, personal, and partnership returns. Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for accurate financial reporting and analysis. Lead client engagements, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Oversee and guide a team of tax professionals, fostering collaboration and growth. Ensure compliance with tax laws and implement effective tax strategies. Maintain organized records and streamline processes for efficiency. Requirements and Skills
7–8+ years of progressive and continuous tax experience in public accounting. Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting principles. Proven client management and team leadership experience. Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills. Hybrid Schedule: One week in-office Monday, Wednesday, Friday; the next week Tuesday, Thursday. Bonus Payouts: Biannual bonuses based on performance and discretionary factors for all employees. Perks: In-house CPE coverage; seminars/conferences; annual company cruise. Compensation & Benefits
Base pay range : $125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr Additional compensation types : Annual Bonus Seniority level
