Lead frontend architectural direction, systems design, software implementation, and software quality for the Sportsbook application Write clear, maintainable code and implement complex paradigms in an understandable manner for all engineers Guide engineering teams in making technical trade-off decisions between short-term and long-term needs Mentor and coach engineers to enhance their technical skills and engineering practices Provide excellent customer support on an on-call rotation as needed Qualifications
Expert-level experience in building and designing highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems Proven ability to influence technical decisions across large engineering teams (60+ members) Strong understanding of complex data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and architectural principles Deep experience in React Native development with a history of improving mobile frontend performance Degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrable knowledge Preferred Qualifications
Experience in native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development Passion for quality with knowledge of best practices in software development life cycle (SDLC), including testing methodologies Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and empower team members Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly in conveying complex technical concepts Approachability and open-mindedness in working with diverse teams #MobileGaming #SoftwareEngineering #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
