Diagnosis/Services: Evaluate products such as watches, clocks, and accessories. Calibers include quartz, mechanical, automatic, chronographs, and complications. Provide precise and concise communication to sales associates or clients regarding servicing and testing; consider history, previous services, warranty, sales, intervention, product history, quality, feedback, conditions, functionality, and movement tolerances. Maintenance and Organization of the Workshop: Maintain tools and equipment (watchmaking equipment, polishing, laser welders). Ensure calibration, regular maintenance, proper workshop setup, organization, cleanliness, and accessible layouts. Routine Testing of Technical Skills: Evaluation and retesting, practical training, diagnosis, quality control interpretations, tool handling, encasing skills, watchmaking practices, theoretical knowledge, and quick services for selected jewelry. Communication: Coordinate with boutique personnel, managers/directors, sales associates, CSR, and clients when necessary. Communicate in a timely and professional manner regarding vacation requests, personal days, sick days, and lunch breaks. Provide feedback to the Technical Manager of the region on quality issues related to components, tools, equipment, and maintenance. Training: Participate in brand trainings at the RTC, routine refreshers, evolutions, calibers, processes, tolerances, equipment/tools, and brand policies. Education and Experience: Hold an accredited watchmaking diploma or certification or have abilities validated by an RNA exam. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in watchmaking (retail experience and luxury brand exposure preferred). Ability to perform all watchmaking functions at the offered level. Proficiency with SAP preferred and strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Qualifications
Education: Accredited Watchmaking Diploma or Certification, or validated abilities via RNA exam Experience: 5-10 years in watchmaking; luxury retail experience preferred Skills: Proficiency in SAP preferred; ability to multitask; strong teamwork in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills Compensation and Benefits
Salary will be negotiated based on skills and experience. Salary range: $90,000 – $120,000.
