Understand and promote the Surgical Portfolio in an assigned geography to meet customers\' clinical and economic needs Engage with existing customers for incremental purchases and overall support to improve their experience Independently formulate and implement selling strategies to sell products directly to customers Schedule and complete customer sales calls and follow up on business development opportunities Record activities and contacts within Salesforce.com to ensure information remains current and relevant Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2+ years of experience or at least 4+ years of related experience Minimum 2 years of experience in an inside or field sales role in the healthcare or similar industry preferred Knowledge of clinical workflow and hospital environment is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Salesforce knowledge is a plus Excellent formal presentation skills and written and oral communication skills Preferred Qualifications
