What to Expect

Promote and sell Westlaw, Practical Law, and CoCounsel products through outbound calls to small law firm customers Manage inbound leads and prospect for new sales opportunities using consultative sales techniques Achieve and exceed sales and telephone activity goals through effective negotiations Demonstrate online products and participate in pre-sales calls using web-based tools Log call information, sales orders, and activity accurately within the CRM system What is Required

Minimum of 2 years of successful sales quota attainment experience Experience in a prospecting or cold calling environment Strong sales process and negotiation skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Proficiency in pipeline management within a CRM environment, preferably Salesforce.com How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
