What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, maintaining positive relationships with strategic accounts - Develop business strategies to meet the needs of both the company and its strategic accounts - Implement targeting and penetration strategies for new accounts while managing large, complex accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and achieve sales quotas - Provide forecasts and updates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and manage customer relationships

What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or applicable outside sales experience - Minimum of 7 years in outside sales within the data center space and 2 years managing key accounts - Valid driver's license and ability to travel 50% of the time - Knowledge of electrical power products within data centers - Skills in managing multiple tasks/projects and developing effective presentations and proposals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Knowledge of direct sales and channel sales models - Experience in program/project management - Proven ability to develop and recommend high-value solutions - Ability to effectively resolve quality and delivery concerns
