We are seeking a motivated Account Executive to grow our territory, generate new business, and manage accounts within the Law Enforcement sector. This is a rewarding sales opportunity for a top performer skilled in new business development and account retention. Your Day-to-Day: Develop and execute regional sales plans, including prospecting, lead generation, and field engagement to meet or exceed targets. Identify decision makers and initiate the sales process. Provide product demos via phone and web conferencing. Articulate the vision and value of KOLOGIK solutions. Maintain and expand CRM with prospects and contacts. Manage inbound and outbound accounts. Participate in training, meetings, and professional development. Report on sales targets, market situation, and participate in industry events. Handle sales orders, discuss credit terms, quote prices, and promote product features. Accurately document customer interactions in HubSpot CRM. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. Willing and able to travel 50-70%. 2-8 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in customer-facing SaaS/Cloud sales. CRM experience, preferably with HubSpot. Strong computer skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organization and presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Exceptional communication and sales skills. Strong time management and relationship-building abilities. Honest, assertive, systematic, and creative problem solver. Seniority level
