Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a
BCBA
at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead a team of
behavior technicians (BTs) , empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences. What you’ll love about this role
Achievable targets:
You’ll average
25 billable hours per week , with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload. Uncapped bonus potential:
Earn more by increasing your billable hours — the pace is up to you. Growth and advancement opportunities:
Potential to advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing leadership impact. At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, enabling focus on leadership development and broader professional interests. Autonomy over your schedule:
Full control over when and where you supervise your cases. Administrative support:
Scheduling, billing, and credentialing handled by a dedicated team, freeing more time for clinical care. Qualifications and Requirements
Master’s degree in human services or a related field Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification
