Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: The Woodlands, Texas and surrounding areas (Hybrid option available) Compensation : We are offering a first-year bonus of $7,500 for new full-time teammates. Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus):

$92,311.11 - $112,088.89

Generous Time Off:

Up to 22 days in the first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.

Flexible Hybrid Role:

Up to 50% remote work allowed.

CEU Stipend:

$2,000 annually for professional development.

License Reimbursement:

BCBA license renewal costs covered.

Your Role and Impact As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

What you’ll love about this role

Achievable Targets:

Average 25 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks.

Uncapped Bonus Potential:

Opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours, at your pace.

Growth and Advancement:

Potential to advance through BCBA levels I–IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22.

Autonomy over Your Schedule:

Control over when and where you supervise cases.

Administrative Support:

Scheduling, billing, and credentialing handled by our team, freeing you for clinical work.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s degree in human services or a related field

Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification
