Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: The Woodlands, Texas and Surrounding Areas (Hybrid Option Available) We are currently offering a $7,500 first year bonus to new full-time teammates! Total Earning Potential (Salary + Bonus):
$92,311.11 - $112,088.89
Generous Time Off:

Your Role and Impact
As a
BCBA
at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of
behavior technicians (BTs) , empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
What you’ll love about this role Achievable Targets:
Average 25 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks.
Uncapped Bonus Potential:
Earn more by increasing billable hours; pace is flexible.
Growth and Advancement:
Opportunities to advance through BCBA levels I–IV; at levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22.
Autonomy over Schedule:
Full control over when and where you supervise cases.
Administrative Support:
Scheduling, billing, and credentialing handled by a dedicated team.
Qualifications and Requirements Master’s degree in human services or a related field
Current BCBA Certification
