What you’ll do: Digital Solution Advisor (dSA) is a customer-facing role mapping product capabilities to requirements of prospects to support value messaging and articulate how SAP is uniquely positioned to deliver their desired outcomes (specialization in digital sales techniques). DSAs serve as domain experts and spokespersons for designated solution or product segment. DSAs are responsible for integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies, ensuring effective communication of product value and facilitating tailored solutions proposals for clients. Deal Support The Digital Solution Advisor Senior Specialist elevates SAP’s presence in potential customer engagements. Primary responsibilities include executing and crafting presentations that communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions. Collaborate with VAT teams to weave customer pain points into narratives, utilize reusable digital assets to optimize for volume and efficiency in no-touch/low-touch transactions, drive discussions with potential clients, ensure SAP offerings align with client requirements, provide post-sale support, and craft narratives for pivotal events and key presentations. RFx support is included. Demand Generation Lead webinars and align with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to shape outreach and define strategic messaging. Craft content and ensure campaigns and materials highlight SAP’s unique selling propositions and address target market challenges. Digital Content for Customer-Facing Situations Curate and innovate digital content aligned with solution insights and market trends to address complex customer scenarios. What You Bring

3-5 years of professional experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution and/or architecture advisory role 2-4 years of relevant SAP BTP and/or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) experience in a customer-facing role Expertise with Business Data Cloud (BDC) and related components (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Databricks) Functional knowledge of S/4HANA applications and/or optimization of business processes leveraging SAP BDC is desired Strong understanding of data warehousing industry trends and ability to present to all levels in a customer’s organization Strong understanding of data warehousing industry leaders and competitive differentiators Viewed as a solution expert and trusted advisor with a track record of success Strong executive presence and storytelling skills Meet Your Team

Location - Alpharetta is a requirement. Office requirement - 3 days a week in an SAP office/client site as per the Pledge to Flex policy. SAP is not offering relocation benefits or current/future visa sponsorship for this role at this time. Compensation range transparency: The annualized base and variable incentive target for this role is $91,600 – $205,700 (USD).
