We have completed 5,000 BIM projects with a dedicated team of over 600 staff members and have grown significantly in the last few years. We provide MEP Modeling and Coordination, VDC/BIM Management, and a comprehensive array of BIM production services to architects, engineers, and owners. The Role
We are looking for Account Executives who will represent us with new and existing clients in the BIM or VDC industries, offering our services to top GCs and MEP contractors. You will work with a team of 15 people within our Sales & Marketing areas on end-to-end sales processes, from identifying new clients to securing deals and establishing long-term partnerships. Aspiring candidates must have
experience in the Construction/BIM/VDC industries, reside in the US, and have at least 5–10 years of experience. Other profiles will not be considered. Top Responsibilities
Develop business by leveraging networks and expanding relationships with new clients, while maintaining and expanding existing ones. Primary point of contact for potential clients, including General Contractors and MEP subcontractors. Sell ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services, and possibly some of our own tech products. This is a relationship-based sales process focused on the Account Executive’s region. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends; design and deliver compelling sales presentations. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities. Approximately 40% travel time (1–3 times per month, multi-day trips). Mandatory Requirements
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools.
