High-Impact Role – Lead payroll and retirement plan administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing for a diverse workforce. Technical & Compliance Expertise – Manage complex payroll processes, labor law compliance, and 401(k) plan contributions while staying up-to-date on regulatory requirements. Employee-Facing Leadership – Serve as the primary resource for payroll and 401(k) inquiries, providing guidance and support across the organization. Collaborative Environment – Work closely with HR, Accounting, and department leaders to streamline processes and improve system efficiency. High school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree and/or FPC or CPP certification is a plus. Fluency in Spanish is required. Minimum of 4 years of payroll experience in a complex payroll environment. Subject matter expert in UKG WFM system (payroll, scheduling, reporting). Job Details
