What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison between the employer's Smart Power Solutions and strategic accounts to maintain positive relationships and meet business needs - Develop and implement business strategies that benefit both the employer and strategic accounts - Manage large, complex accounts and ensure achievement of sales quotas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and identify new business opportunities - Provide forecasts and updates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or applicable outside sales experience - Minimum of 7 years in outside sales within the data center space and 2 years managing key accounts - Ability to travel 50% of the time and possess a valid driver's license - Knowledge of electrical power products within data centers - Strong skills in managing multiple tasks/projects and delivering effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Knowledge in program/project management - Proven ability to develop and recommend high-value solutions - Experience with direct sales and channel sales models - Skills in effectively resolving quality and delivery concerns
