Territory Manager | B2B Commercial Sales Location: HYBRID Katy, TX (1 day in office, WFH when not visiting clients)

Base pay range: $48,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

Start Date: ASAP

Travel: Local travel throughout the Houston Area, primarily within a 50-mile radius

Typical Hours: M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM (occasional evenings/weekends as needed)

This HYBRID role involves driving new business across Greater Houston by targeting facility managers, operations leaders, and commercial facilities decision-makers in large commercial sectors. You’ll also perform high-level site surveys to tailor solutions for each commercial client.

Responsibilities

Drive commercial sales through prospecting, cold calling, lead conversion, and networking

Build and maintain relationships with commercial decision-makers

Conduct site inspections to assess client needs

Deliver tailored presentations and proposals on pest management solutions to prospects

Present service benefits clearly and persuasively to commercial prospects

Document sales activities and agreements in CRM

Communicate account details to service teams for execution

Follow up with leads to drive conversions and renewals

Attend networking events and trade association meetings to grow pipeline

Qualifications

2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience required

Networking or trade associations experience required

Valid driver’s license and clear driving record required
