We are looking for Account Executives who will represent ENG with new and existing clients, with experience in the BIM or VDC industries. The role works with a Sales & Marketing team of 15 on end-to-end sales processes, from finding and connecting with clients to securing deals and contributing expertise to establish long-term partnerships. Candidates should have experience in Construction/BIM/VDC and reside in the US; other profiles will not be considered. Experience required: 5–10 years. Responsibilities
Develop business by expanding relationships with new clients (potential clients include General Contractors and MEP subcontractors) and serve as the primary point of contact. Sell ENG’s MEP Modeling and Coordination services, and possibly some of our own tech products, through a relationship-based sales process within the target region. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends; design and deliver sales strategies and compelling presentations. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of solutions. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement; stay up to date with industry developments and competitor activities. Travel approximately 40% of the time (1–3 times per month, multi-day trips). Mandatory Requirements
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a senior account executive or similar role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel as needed. Benefits
