This role supports EY's SAP service line capabilities including Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors. Our focus is on helping clients elevate performance and productivity. The opportunity is to join a proactive SAP Technical Senior to support the SuccessFactors team and tackle challenges in the digital era. Your Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements to ensure the final product meets their needs. Design and develop user interfaces (UI) across mobile, web, and tablet platforms. Write clean, maintainable code and create specifications aligned with business objectives. Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed about progress and outcomes. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels and communicate effectively with the project team. Regular travel may be required to meet with clients and engage with stakeholders. Skills And Attributes For Success
Strong understanding of agile delivery and development methodologies. Proficiency in application development tools and quality assurance practices. Ability to build and manage relationships with clients, fostering trust and value. Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas with clarity. To qualify for the role, you must have Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree). Typically, 2 - 4 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors system. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. The ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, implementations, and time management solutions. Flexibility and willingness to travel; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you’ll also have Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) for respective modules. Experience with at least two full cycle implementations of core module. Workforce Time and Attendance solution experience.
