Support Engineer
to join our team. This is a client-facing role where you’ll be on-site providing top-tier technical support across desktops, networks, and servers. Location:
Northern VA / Washington, DC Base pay range
$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr Salary notes:
This range is provided by Bowman Williams. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. What You’ll Do
Provide on-site support for desktops (Windows & Mac), servers, and networking. Administer and troubleshoot Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and Active Directory. Support firewalls, switches, Hyper-V, VMware, and Azure environments. Use tools like ConnectWise and Kaseya for monitoring and management. Deliver exceptional customer service while solving technical challenges. What You Bring
MSP experience strongly preferred. Hands-on knowledge of Windows/Mac support, networking, and virtualization. Experience with firewalls, switching, and security best practices. Strong troubleshooting skills and a client-first mindset. What We Offer
