What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, maintaining positive relationships with strategic accounts - Develop and implement business strategies to meet the needs of both the company and clients - Manage large, complex accounts while achieving sales quotas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and identify new business opportunities - Provide forecasts and updates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or applicable outside sales experience - Minimum of 7+ years in outside sales in the data center space and 2+ years managing key accounts - Knowledge of electrical power products within data centers - Ability to work 100% remotely and travel 50% of the time - Skills in managing multiple tasks/projects and developing effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Knowledge in program/project management - Proven ability to negotiate contracts and drive product sales - Experience in direct sales and channel sales models - Skills to effectively resolve quality and delivery concerns
