What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions and strategic accounts, ensuring positive relationships and business needs are met - Develop and execute business strategies to grow and manage large, complex accounts - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and identify new business opportunities - Manage customer relationships to understand requirements and recommend appropriate solutions - Provide sales forecasts and updates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or applicable outside sales experience - Minimum of 7+ years in outside sales within the data center space and 2+ years managing key accounts - Knowledge of electrical power products in data centers and direct/channel sales models - Ability to travel 50% of the time and possess a valid driver's license - Strong skills in project management, multitasking, and effective presentation delivery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Familiarity with program/project management - Proven ability to develop and recommend high-value solutions - Experience in resolving quality and delivery concerns effectively
