What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, maintaining positive relationships with strategic accounts - Develop and implement business strategies that align with both company goals and customer needs - Manage and grow large, complex accounts while achieving sales quotas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and product categories - Provide regular forecasts and updates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in outside sales - Minimum of 7 years in outside sales within the data center space and at least 2 years managing key accounts - Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally 50% of the time - Knowledge of electrical power products related to data centers - Strong skills in managing multiple tasks/projects and delivering effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Knowledge in program/project management - Proven ability to recommend solutions that provide maximum value
