What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions and strategic accounts, ensuring positive relationships and business needs are met - Develop and implement business strategies to benefit both the employer and strategic accounts - Manage large, complex accounts and achieve sales quotas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new product categories and drive business growth - Provide forecasts and updates to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree or applicable outside sales experience - Minimum of 7+ years in outside sales within the data center space and 2+ years managing key accounts - Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally - Knowledge of electrical power products and sales models within data centers - Skills in project management and effective communication
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience with PDUs or transfer switches - Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a self-directed manner - Skills to develop and deliver effective presentations and proposals - Experience in problem-solving quality and delivery concerns in a professional manner
