Responsibilities
Generate revenue through sales to new and existing key accounts within a designated market
Identify and qualify sales prospects by understanding business issues and opportunities
Prepare quantitative and qualitative data for pricing and sales presentations
Implement sales plans and strategies to achieve sales and financial goals
Close contracts and generate revenue by negotiating favorable agreements with clients
Qualifications
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in enterprise sales, particularly within the Earned Wage Access space
Proven track record of selling to "C" level executives in industries such as restaurant management, staffing, healthcare, and retail
Strong negotiation skills and a history of exceeding sales goals and quotas
Excellent communication, presentation, and marketing skills
Relevant experience or degree in fields such as Communication, English, IT, or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s Degree
Completion of Sandler Sales Training or equivalent sales training
