What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Achieve sales quotas through the direct sale of the anesthesia portfolio and placement of anesthesia vaporizers Identify hospital initiatives and communicate how products can provide solutions in the perioperative space Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the US Anesthesia market Prepare and execute an effective territory call plan to enhance customer interactions Share customer insights and trends with Sales Leadership to inform strategies and improve processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years\' relevant experience, or 4+ years of experience in a similar role Anesthesia sales experience is highly preferred Strong intuition for business and knowledge of selling processes Ability to adapt to industry and market dynamics Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel approximately 80% domestically
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in contracts management and negotiation Familiarity with clinical education programs related to anesthesia products Established relationships within the healthcare community
