Financial Center Consultant I
(Teller)
to bring
energy, enthusiasm, and top-notch service . As a Teller, you\'ll be the friendly face that welcomes members, assists with transactions, and connects them with
the right products and solutions
to support their financial goals.
Support our members while conducting teller transactions and providing guidance on our products and services.
Deliver a complete service and sales experience for members, aiming to exceed monthly sales goals.
Perform a broad variety of member service functions (teller functions: deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, etc.) and solve operational issues.
Proactively initiate and support marketing initiatives within the branch.
Build exceptional rapport with members through excellent service and lobby coverage (greeting members, answering calls, directing to appropriate staff).
Qualifications
One to two years in a retail or financial environment with strong service and rapport skills.
Cash handling with ability to balance without overages or shortages.
Strong communication skills; comfortable in all member interactions.
Enthusiasm, professionalism, ownership, and accountability.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking and prioritization.
Good listening, problem-solving, empathy; approachable demeanor.
Relevant computer skills, solid math and written communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual preferred - able to read, write, and speak Spanish
Availability: 7:30am-6:15pm Monday-Friday, 8:45am-1:15pm Saturdays.
