Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a contract with a client in Arden Hills, MN. Candidates must have hands-on experience implementing Gen AI solutions within the ServiceNow platform to be considered for this position. Rate
Rate Range: $49/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ServiceNow Gen AI solutions. Document and map current processes, identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements for intelligent workflow enhancements. Support the design, testing, and deployment of Gen AI features within the ServiceNow platform. Monitor solution performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements based on insights and user feedback. Prepare clear documentation, reports, and training materials to support end users and project teams. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis or ServiceNow platform projects. Experience implementing and supporting Gen AI solutions within ServiceNow. Strong ability to document, analyze, and optimize business processes using AI-driven tools.
